Integration Engineer
About The Role
As a Lead Integration Engineer on the Business Systems Engineering team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and synthesize them to build & enhance globally scalable solutions. This role requires deep technical expertise in integration architecture and is responsible for identifying issues, building & testing integrations, and administering Workday and other People platforms. You will wear multiple hats; modifying business processes, complex reporting, and providing end-user support.

About You
- Have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Have 5+ years of experience integrating global HCM solutions, with demonstrated understanding of People and HR Data and automation
- Possess technical familiarity of HRIS modules (HCM, Advanced Comp, Benefits, Talent) preferably with systems like Workday, Greenhouse, ADP and BI and analytics tools (Looker, Tableau or similar)
- Think strategically: You configure entire flows to connect complex business objectives with the right blend of technology
- Grasp modern security: You are fluent in OAuth 2.0 and API security models to ensure every solution is compliant and robust. You have a deep understanding of security configuration with object management systems like Role Based security, User Based security, Job based security, Intersection and Segment based Security groups
- Own the outcome: You demonstrate strong project management and delivery skills, independently prioritizing tasks, competing initiatives, and navigating ambiguity to deliver high-impact results
- Collaborate effectively: You excel at facilitating requirements & design discussions and presenting and aligning diverse stakeholders on complex technical solutions to technical and non-technical audiences. You have excellent verbal and written communications, strong analytical skills, and strict attention to detail. You demonstrate drive and strong commitment to timely deliverables, as well as lead multiple and shifting priorities in a dynamic environment

- This role will receive a competitive salary and benefits. The salary for US-based employees hired into this role will be aligned with the range below, which includes our three geographic areas.
