Integration Engineer

About the Role

Werfen is seeking a professional to join our team, contributing to our mission as a worldwide leader in specialized diagnostics across Hemostasis, Acute Care Diagnostics, Transfusion, Autoimmunity, and Transplant. This role supports our Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM) business line, where we research, develop, and manufacture customized assays and biomaterials.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and manufacturing of customized assays and biomaterials within the OEM business line
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and innovation in diagnostic solutions
• Contribute to projects that improve hospital efficiency and enhance patient care
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and quality standards in a specialized diagnostic environment

Requirements

• Experience in diagnostics, biotechnology, or a related field
• Knowledge of hemostasis, acute care, transfusion, autoimmunity, or transplant diagnostics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a global, multi-cultural team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, engineering, or equivalent experience
• Prior experience in OEM, assay development, or manufacturing is preferred
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
