Purpose of the Position
The Integration Consultant supports customer installations and upgrades and serves as a conduit between our customers and integration vendor partners. You will also lead and coordinate efforts with colleagues in the areas of product enhancements, modifications, and installations.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Setup/Install Symphony Mobile Communication module interfaces.
- Provide consultative analysis of current dispatch operations.
- Recommend best practice workflows to customers to help them fully utilize the integration modules.
- Test modifications and enhancements to the integration modules.
- Provide small and large group training to customers.
- Conduct remote training sessions with clients on an as needed basis.
- Aid Sales team with technical information and Statements of Work.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years of experience in software support, implementation, consulting, and/or training, required; or 6+ years of related experience, required.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, required.
- Experience troubleshooting software applications, integrations, and technical issues, required.
- Experience working with APIs, JSON, and/or other system integration technologies, highly preferred.
- Experience implementing, supporting, or troubleshooting Symphony Mobile Communication module interfaces or similar Mobile Communication solutions, preferred.
- Experience testing modifications and enhancements to integration modules, required.
- Experience providing customer-facing software support, implementation, or consulting services, required.
- Working knowledge of the transportation industry and/or experience with McLeod’s suite of products, preferred.
- Exceptional critical thinking and analytical decision-making skills.
- Demonstrates initiative and ownership with minimal supervision.
- Proactive mindset focused on identifying opportunities and driving results.
