What You'll Do

  • Implement, configure, and support third-party integrations across the McLeod Software platform.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration, data communication, and system connectivity issues.
  • Support customer upgrades, server migrations, and interface changes.
  • Partner with customers, vendors, and internal teams to implement solutions, gather requirements, and drive successful integration projects.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and assist with testing for product enhancements and custom solutions.
  • Stay current on McLeod products, integration technologies, and industry trends while mentoring junior team members.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of customer software support, implementation, or training experience, or 6+ years of equivalent experience.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, required.
  • Working knowledge of XML, Java, SQL, database operations, or related technologies.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of the transportation industry, preferred.
  • Preferred Experience with third-party software integrations or APIs.
  • Transportation or logistics industry experience.
  • Experience delivering customer training or technical consulting.
