Integration Architect & Technical Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end solution architecture.
• Design integration patterns between laboratory systems, reporting solutions, and enterprise platforms.
• Lead technical design workshops and architecture reviews.
• Define development standards, coding practices, and reusable frameworks.
• Review source-to-target mappings and transformation logic.
• Guide Data Engineers and Reporting Developers.
• Ensure security, auditability, scalability, and performance requirements are met.
• Resolve complex technical issues and design challenges.
• Support deployment and production readiness assessments.
• Align solution architecture with future Data Lakehouse strategies.

Mandatory skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in enterprise application architecture and systems integration.
• Experience designing reporting, analytics, and data integration solutions.
• Strong knowledge of API-based integrations, ETL/ELT frameworks, cloud platforms, and enterprise architecture practices.
• Experience with laboratory, regulatory, or scientific data ecosystems preferred.
• Strong understanding of data security, auditability, and compliance requirements.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, Power Platform, Power BI, Fabric, or equivalent technologies preferred.
• Demonstrated experience leading technical teams and architecture reviews.
