Integration Architect (MuleSoft) - Contract Opportunity
About the Role
Sol is seeking an experienced Integration Architect to lead the design and implementation of the enterprise integration architecture supporting Salesforce and NetSuite enterprise applications. This individual will be responsible for defining the overall integration strategy, API architecture, and system interoperability while ensuring scalable, secure, and reusable integration solutions. The Integration Architect will partner closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, implementation vendors, and development teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions leveraging MuleSoft.
Core Responsibilities
- Define enterprise integration strategy and target-state architecture
- Design API-led connectivity using MuleSoft (System, Process, and Experience APIs)
- Define end-to-end integration patterns between siloed systems such as: Salesforce, OpenAir, Boomi, NetSuite, Tableau, Snowflake, Adaptive, Chrome River, Avalara, Captivate, Ironclad, Pardot (Marketing Cloud) and future applications
- Establish system-of-record ownership and integration design principles
- Design data flow sequencing, orchestration, retry logic, monitoring, and error handling
- Define security standards, authentication methods, and integration governance
- Review technical designs produced by implementation partners and internal developers
- Ensure integrations are scalable, reusable, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards
- Collaborate with all teams on canonical data models and system mappings
- Provide technical leadership to MuleSoft developer throughout implementation

Pay
Compensation range is $130,000 - $150,000 per year. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
