About the role

Auria is seeking a dynamic leader in Engineering and Technology solutions for the Department of Defense and civil organizations. We are looking for individuals who bring proven expertise in Software and Systems Engineering, Cyber Solutions, and Specialized Mission Operations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software and systems engineering solutions.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and project plans.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define system requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Conduct regular reviews and assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in the field.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in software and systems engineering.
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
    • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and quality assurance processes.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Skills

    • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, and JavaScript.
    • Knowledge of cloud computing platforms like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
    • Experience with cybersecurity frameworks and protocols.
