Integrated Studio Producer
About Us
Operating at the intersection of Modern + Main Street, Doner helps Main Street brands compete in today's marketplace and Modern brands grow by connecting with everyday people. For nearly 90 years, Doner has created campaigns that earn relevance, influence decisions, and drive measurable business impact for some of America's most iconic brands, including RAM Trucks, Meijer, Coca-Cola's fairlife, and The UPS Store. The integrated marketing agency brings together strategy, creative, media, communications, commerce, and production to solve today's biggest business challenges.
Responsibilities
- Produce fully integrated campaigns across digital, social, print, and OOH: HTML5 and static banners, social statics and social videos, traditional and digital OOH (static and animated), and print ads. This fast-turn, high-volume work is the core of the role.
- Manage vetting and licensing any art used in assets—including licensing stock and working with the retouching team to retouch images as needed.
- Develop project proposals/scopes of work, estimates, and schedules. Efficiently manage against these project plans, proactively communicate risk, and determine effective solutions.
- Work day-to-day in Workfront and ProofHQ to route work, track status, and document project activity.
- Support senior producers on high-complexity digital builds such as websites, mobile apps, AR filters, and ECRM initiatives, while independently owning smaller builds from kickoff through final delivery.
- Manage a high volume of concurrent projects, balancing priorities as timelines, scopes, and creative direction shift.
- Lead process across departments: run kickoffs, status meetings, and hand-offs, hold the team to timelines, and shepherd full project teams at every level of the agency from brief through final delivery.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third-party vendors as needed, including sourcing, bidding, and negotiating with new vendors as opportunities arise.
- Assist Director of Production in researching digital trends, emerging technologies, and maintaining agency case studies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience as a producer, successfully delivering digital, social, and print projects in a fast-paced agency or studio environment.
- Experience producing other mediums a plus (e.g., experiential, broadcast, websites).
- A demonstrated bias toward problem-solving: solve problems before escalating them, and when you do escalate, bring options rather than open questions.
- Critical thinking and sound judgment on ambiguous or fast-changing projects, with the flexibility to pivot when priorities shift.
- Confidence presenting scopes, estimates, and timelines to account teams and clients when required.
- Skilled at balancing priorities and multitasking in a fast-paced environment, staying organized and pivoting quickly when direction changes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of studio production workflows across digital, social, print, and OOH deliverables.
- Strong understanding of web and social platform advertising to effectively communicate with internal teams and vendors when scoping and managing projects.
- Understanding of current online advertising standards.
- Ability to lead and unify cross-functional teams at every level of the agency while fostering a positive, collaborative environment.
- Experience with Workfront and ProofHQ project management tools is ideal.
