About the Role

This position is for an entry-level Integrated Product Support (IPS) professional. You will work under moderate supervision, establishing and executing business plans, Earned Value calculations, and data deliverables for Program Management alongside senior-level peers. The role is customer-focused, requiring the ability to learn new tasks quickly and solve problems with guidance.

Responsibilities

  • Collects data for and supports analysis of program metrics and status to develop business plans and proposals.
  • Participates in the collection of information to help develop accurate program estimates to monitor EV performance.
  • Mentors with senior Integrated Product Support Manager to gain a better understanding of the role.
  • Works with analysts to understand data and analysis provided to the program.
  • Maintains a high level of organization, prioritizes multiple tasks, and meets deadlines with supervision.
  • Communicates with peers and internal customers to drive results.

What You Will Learn

  • Learns the 12 elements of Integrated Product Support.
  • Gains an understanding of the Collins Management System (CMS).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, MIS, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Experience may be obtained through on-the-job experience, research, coursework, or projects.

Pay

The salary range for this role is $57,200 USD - $108,800 USD. The range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
