Integrated Master Scheduler (IMS) – Defense Programs

About the role

The Integrated Master Scheduler (IMS) is responsible for coordinating and managing resources across multiple defense programs. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage complex schedules.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive scheduling systems
• Coordinate resource allocation across various defense programs
• Resolve conflicts and optimize workflows
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in scheduling or project management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

• Experience with defense industry standards and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies
• Experience with SAP or similar enterprise resource planning systems

Pay

• $80,000 - $100,000 annually

Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
