Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and manage integrated program schedules across multiple technical projects.
- Cookordinate schedule inputs from engineering, operations, supply chain, finance, quality, and program management teams.
- Identify schedule dependencies, resource constraints, critical paths, and potential execution risks.
- Monitor program performance and schedule adherence against established baselines.
- Perform schedule forecasting, scenario analysis, and recovery planning to support program objectives.
- Support resource planning and capacity management efforts across multiple projects and functional teams.
- Track milestones, deliverables, and program performance metrics and communicate status to leadership.
- Partner with engineering and operations teams to align development activities, testing efforts, materials, and production readiness plans.
- Facilitate cross-functional planning meetings and drive accountability for schedule commitments.
- Prepare schedule reports, executive updates, and planning recommendations for leadership review.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to planning, forecasting, scheduling, and program execution.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Master Scheduling, Program Planning, Program Controls, Project Scheduling, or related disciplines.
- Experience developing and maintaining integrated schedules for complex technical, manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or engineering programs.
- Strong understanding of: Critical Path Analysis, Resource Planning & Capacity Management, Schedule Risk Analysis, Forecasting & Performance Tracking, Baseline Management, Milestone Planning.
- Ability to translate technical and operational activities into executable schedules.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting schedule status and risks to stakeholders and leadership.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting aerospace, defense, manufacturing, advanced technology, or highly regulated industries.
- Experience with engineering development, integration, testing, production, or new product introduction programs.
- Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM) principles.
- PMP, PMI-SP, or equivalent scheduling/program management certification.
- Experience supporting multiple programs simultaneously in a matrixed organization.
