U.S. Citizenship is required for this position. This is a full-time, 1st shift role located at Newport News Shipbuilding. Relocation assistance is not available, and telework is not eligible. No travel or security clearance is required to start.

Responsibilities
- Prepare, develop, and coordinate the integrated master plan and integrated master schedule to meet program objectives.
- Ensure major projects and program schedules are horizontally and vertically integrated across company functional groups, including finance, engineering, material, manufacturing, and quality.
- Track plans and schedules, perform risk analysis, and identify and resolve critical path and network logic conflicts.
- Utilize Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management, and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances.
- Facilitate focus and intervention on critical areas based on performance data.
Requirements
Must meet one of the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree and 3 years of relevant exempt experience.
- Master’s Degree and 1 year of relevant professional experience.
- NNS Apprentice School graduate (equivalent to Bachelor’s Degree).
- Navy Nuclear Power School (NNPS) graduate (equivalent to Bachelor’s Degree).
- Associate’s Degree or other formal 2-year program and 2 years of relevant exempt experience, or 4 years of relevant non-exempt experience.
- Military Paygrade E-5 or above military experience.
- High School/GED and 4 years combined of Manufacturing, Shipbuilding, Trades, Military experience, or other relevant exempt experience.
- High School/GED and 8 years combined of Manufacturing, Shipbuilding, Trades, Military experience, or other relevant non-exempt experience.
