Integrated Master Schedule Management Specialist
As a program management specialist, you’ll bring your analytical, strategic, and technical expertise to strengthen enterprise program management efforts for the Marine Corps. You’ll lead the development, maintenance, and continuous refinement of the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), ensuring enterprise-wide visibility into critical milestones, task dependencies, and mission-support timelines. Your ability to interpret complex program data and anticipate scheduling impacts will help keep infrastructure initiatives aligned and moving forward.
You’ll coordinate the full lifecycle of contract deliverables and support the creation of high-quality artifacts that reflect the precision required at the Headquarters level. By synthesizing inputs from regional commands and validating the accuracy of each submission, you’ll help maintain a seamless flow of information across the enterprise. Your work will directly inform executive-level reviews, monthly status reports, and program management discussions that guide and shape the Marine Corps’ global portfolio.
As the primary liaison to headquarters, you’ll facilitate communication, respond to government inquiries, and develop briefing materials that strengthen collaboration between HQ and regional counterparts. When discrepancies emerge—whether related to field conditions, shifting requirements, or unforeseen risks—you’ll identify, document, and escalate them early to keep projects on track. Your judgment and insights will help ensure the Marine Corps stays prepared to adjust course and maintain mission readiness.
