Integrated Marketing Specialist

Ziegler Companies is seeking an Integrated Marketing Specialist to serve as a key marketing partner for assigned business units, translating business objectives into integrated marketing strategies, demand generation programs and customer engagement initiatives. This will include acting as the voice of the business within the Marketing team, ensuring marketing investments drive measurable growth outcomes. Responsibilities Serve as the primary marketing advisor to assigned business, providing market intelligence, customer insights and performance recommendations that influence business planning and revenue growth strategiesLead go-to-market planning and execution for key product or strategic initiatives, promotions and growth programsContribute to annual and quarterly marketing plans for assigned business segments, including budget trackingMaintain regular planning cadence with sales and business leadership, providing campaign and customer insights that drive continuous improvement and optimization of marketing investmentsIdentify growth opportunities, customer demand signals and competitive insights within assigned industry and across all digital, event, content and sales enablement channelsPartner with segment leadership to establish marketing objectives, growth priorities and performance targets aligned to revenue and business plans Analyze segment pipeline, revenue performance and campaign effectives to identify opportunities for optimization and growthEnsure sales enablement materials algin with evolving customer and market needsEnsure alignment between segment strategies and enterprise marketing priorities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field required; experience with account-based marketing or B2B demand generation is preferred3-5 years of B2B or segment/vertical marketing experience; tying marketing activities to revenue goalsExperience delivering integrated marketing campaigns or go-to-market initiatives; particularly within B2B sales environments.Experience in industrial, dealer, agriculture, construction, power generation or rental marketsBasic budget tracking and vendor coordination experienceStrong project management and organizational skills.Understanding of customer journeys and demand generation.Ability to work effectively and credibly with sales and commercial teams. The pay range for this position is $64,400.00 to $77,250.00 Starting wage is dependent on skills, experience, education and location. Pay range may vary by 10% depending upon the applicant’s location.
