We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we have Overview of the Company, then description of role. We need to use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include sections only when posting has real specific content. We have content for Overview of the Company (maybe "About the role"? Actually "About the role" could be overview of the role, not company. But we have overview of company and role description. Could treat "About the role" as the paragraph describing the Marketing Specialist role. Then Responsibilities: list of duties. Requirements: maybe Minimum Qualifications? Qualifications: maybe same? Skills: maybe list of skills. Benefits: we have benefits list. Pay: not specified, so we should NOT include Pay section. Schedule: not specified (full-time, in-office role based in Scottsdale, AZ) - schedule maybe implied full-time but not explicit schedule details; we should not create Schedule unless posting actually states them. It says "This is a full-time, in-office role based in Scottsdale, AZ." That's schedule info (full-time). Should we include Schedule? The rule: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. It does state full-time, so we could include Schedule section with that info. However we need to avoid filler like "not specified". It's specific: full-time, in-office. So we can include Schedule. Benefits: we have a list, so include Benefits. Pay: not mentioned, so omit. Now we need to avoid repeating job title as heading. The job title is Marketing Specialist. Not to repeat as heading. We need to use

for each section heading. We need to use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate etc. We need to include Overview of the Company? Possibly as part of About the role? Or maybe we could have a section "About the Company"? Not in allowed headings list. The allowed headings are About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we must fit content into those. Overview of the Company could go under About the role (maybe as introductory prose). Or we could omit? But we must preserve all substantive information. So we need to include company overview somewhere. The only allowed sections are those; we can put company overview in About the role section as prose. Thus:

    About the role

Overview of the Company Walton Global is a privately-owned land asset management and real estate investment company with over 47 years of experience ... This is a full-time, in-office role based in Scottsdale, AZ. The Marketing Specialist is a versatile marketing professional responsible for supporting a wide range of marketing initiatives across Walton's business lines. Acting as a key member of the corporate marketing team, this position manages marketing projects from concept through execution while collaborating with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and agency partners. The Marketing Specialist plays an integral role in content development, social media management, public relations support, event coordination, and campaign execution to help strengthen Walton's brand and achieve business objectives.

Then Responsibilities: list of essential duties. We need to extract the bullet list under "Essential Duties and Responsibilities". We'll create
    • for each. Then Requirements: maybe Minimum Qualifications? Actually we have "Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)" which includes education, experience, skills. Could split into Requirements and Qualifications and Skills? But we have separate headings for Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to decide how to map content. We have: Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities): - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or a closely related field required. - Minimum of 3 years of professional marketing experience. - Strong written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated experience developing marketing and communications content. - Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. - Knowledge of social media strategy and content management, particularly LinkedIn and YouTube. - Experience coordinating cross-functional marketing initiatives. - Familiarity with public relations, media relations, and corporate communications preferred. - Strong organizational, project management, and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams). - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across departments. We could treat Requirements as the education and experience requirements (Bachelor's degree, 3 years experience). Qualifications as the knowledge, skills, abilities? Or Skills as the specific skills. But we need to avoid duplication. Let's map: - Requirements: Bachelor's degree, Minimum 3 years experience. - Qualifications: Strong written and verbal communication skills, Experience managing multiple projects, Knowledge of social media strategy, Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives, Familiarity with PR preferred, Strong organizational/project management/interpersonal skills, Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Self-motivated ability to work independently while collaborating. - Skills: maybe we could list specific skills like written/verbal communication, social media, project management, MS Office, etc. But that would duplicate. Better: Use Requirements for education and experience; Qualifications for the list of knowledge, skills, abilities; Skills maybe not needed if we already covered. But we must only include sections when posting has real specific content. We have content for Skills (the list includes skills). Could we put them under Skills? But then Qualifications would be empty. We could combine Qualifications and Skills into one section? But headings are fixed; we can leave a section empty? Not allowed: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text. So we must either omit a section if no specific content, or fill with real content. Thus we need to decide how to split the Minimum Qualifications list into Requirements, Qualifications, Skills such that each gets substantive content. We could treat: Requirements: Bachelor's degree, Minimum 3 years experience. Qualifications: Strong written and verbal communication skills, Experience managing multiple projects, Knowledge of social media strategy, Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives, Familiarity with PR preferred, Strong organizational, project management, interpersonal skills. Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Self-motivated with ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across departments. But that seems arbitrary but still captures content. Alternatively, we could put all under Qualifications and omit Skills and Requirements? But we need to preserve all info; we could put education/experience under Requirements, and the rest under Qualifications, and leave Skills out (omit). That would be okay because we are not required to use all headings. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we can omit Skills if we don't have distinct content beyond what's already covered. However we do have specific skills like MS Office proficiency and self-motivated ability; those could be considered skills. But we could also include them under Qualifications as they are also qualifications. So we could omit Skills section. Thus we will have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Benefits, Schedule. Check if we have content for Benefits: yes. Schedule: we have "full-time, in-office role based in Scottsdale, AZ." That's schedule info (full-time). We'll put that. Now we need to ensure we don't include boilerplate like "Note This job description..." etc. Remove that. Also remove "Why Join Walton Global?" heading? Not in allowed headings; but we have benefits list under that heading. We'll incorporate benefits under Benefits section. We need to preserve all substantive information: the benefits list includes Health & Wellness- Employer Paid: Medical Dental and Vision insurance HSA and FSA options Employer-paid life insurance Short-term and long-term disability coverage Competitive compensation packages 401(k) retirement plan Bonus incentives (based on role and eligibility) Paid maternity and parental leave Paid Time Off (PTO) Generous PTO policy and paid company holidays Professional Growth Training and development opportunities Cross-functional collaboration and global exposure Additional Perks Company-sponsored events and team-building activities Casual dress code (where applicable) We need to format as list. Now we need to ensure we don't repeat job title as heading. We'll not. Now produce HTML fragment. Let's craft:
