We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we have content: "About Norm Ai" is description of company, not a section heading? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we need to map content to these headings where appropriate. We have sections: "About Norm Ai" (company overview) maybe not needed? Could be "About the role"? Actually "About Norm Ai" is company description, not role. The instruction says do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it). It doesn't forbid company description heading. But they gave examples of headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we should use those headings only if we have content. We have responsibilities (What You’ll Do). We have qualifications (Core Qualifications). We have nice to have (maybe Skills?). We have Compensation And Benefits (Pay and Benefits). We have Work Location etc maybe not needed. We have AI Fluency expectation maybe part of Requirements? Could be under Requirements. We should not include sections with filler. So we need to include sections: Responsibilities (

Responsibilities

), Qualifications (

Qualifications

), Skills (

Skills

) maybe for Nice to Have? Or we could put Nice to Have under Skills. Benefits and Pay: we have compensation range and benefits details. So we can have Pay (

Pay

) and Benefits (

Benefits

) or combine? They said prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine Pay and Benefits into one section? But they gave separate headings. We could make Pay and Benefits separate if we have content. We have both. We also have Work Location etc maybe not needed as separate heading; could be omitted. We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from the posting: company description, AI Fluency expectation, role description, responsibilities bullet list, qualifications bullet list, nice to have bullet list, success timeline (30/60/90 days) maybe could be part of Responsibilities or Qualifications? It's more about expectations; maybe we could include under Responsibilities? But better to have a section "Expectations" not in list. Since not in allowed headings, maybe we incorporate into Responsibilities or Qualifications. However we must not invent headings. So we could put the 30/60/90 day timeline under Responsibilities as part of what you'll do? It's more about ramp-up. Could be under Responsibilities. We also have "AI Fluency" expectation; could be under Requirements or Qualifications. We need to use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we need to turn bullet points into lists. We need to use

for prose. We must not include boilerplate like cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. The posting didn't have that. We must not include duplicated lines. We must not include application instructions (like "To learn more about Norm Ai, visit our website.") That's maybe not instruction but could be considered boilerplate; we should remove it. We must not include Job ID/requisition numbers. We must output only HTML fragment. Let's extract content: Company description: "About Norm Ai Norm Ai, the agentic law company, has a client base with a combined $30 trillion in assets under management. Norm Ai pioneered Legal Engineering, the process that empowers lawyers to build and supervise domain-specific AI agents with Norm’s proprietary suite of no-code software tools. Norm Ai technology is deployed inside many of the largest and most consequential institutions in the world. Norm Ai is also the technology behind Norm Law, LLP, a separate but affiliated AI-native law firm built for the era of agentic AI. Norm Law’s attorneys advise leading institutions across private funds, private equity, venture capital, real estate, registered funds, and financial regulation, using the same legal intelligence platform that powers Norm Ai’s products." AI Fluency: "AI Fluency Norm Ai expects all team members to be fluent in AI. Successful candidates actively use AI in their day-to-day work to support thinking, creation, and problem-solving. They use it to improve the quality and speed of their work and to continuously refine how work gets done end-to-end. Candidates should be prepared to demonstrate and discuss their AI usage throughout the interview process, including concrete examples of tools, workflows, and outcomes. We look for practical, hands-on experience, not theoretical familiarity." This Role: "This Role Norm is looking for an Integrated Marketing Manager to design, orchestrate, scale, and measure integrated marketing campaigns that support our business priorities and drive demand, engagement, and revenue with our target clients. This role requires a sophisticated understanding of marketing with demonstrated success in integrated campaign strategy and execution across the full customer lifecycle. You'll develop and execute comprehensive campaign strategies and create compelling programs that bring to life our brand narrative and company mission." What You’ll Do: bullet list: - Coordinate campaigns: Design and lead integrated campaigns across key audiences and target clients, establishing scalable frameworks and processes that connect digital, events, content, and ABM channels into cohesive buyer journeys - Execute the strategy: Create and implement campaign programs including thought leadership moments, paid programming, nurture streams, executive engagement programs, and ABM activations. - Drive cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders across Marketing, GTM, and Norm Law to ensure campaigns align with company-wide strategy while meeting client- and narrative-specific needs - Maintain the message: Coordinate across Marketing to ensure consistent messaging and positioning across all campaign touchpoints - Drive project management: Manage campaign resources including agency partners, vendors, and internal creative and content stakeholders to deliver programs on time and on budget - Own the metrics: Drive continuous improvement through post-campaign analysis, stakeholder feedback, and data-driven optimization Core Qualifications (What We’re Looking For): - 3-5+ years of experience in demand generation, integrated marketing, or campaigns. - Have a track record of successfully building and scaling integrated campaign programs that span digital, events, content, and ABM channels - Have strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to campaign optimization and attribution - Have strong project management skills with experience managing complex, multi-channel campaigns simultaneously - Are comfortable with ambiguity and thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments with a bias for thoughtful action - Creative and strategic thinking, you can turn a vague idea or goal into a concrete, compelling plan and see it through to execution Nice to Have: - Familiarity with AI, legal technology, regulation and policy, or another complex enterprise category - Scaled integrated marketing programs across channels - Expertise in 2-3 marketing channels (paid, webinars, content, etc.) with a passion to excel in new ones (AEO, social, etc.) What Success Looks Like (30/60/90 days): - 30 Days: Develop a strong understanding of Norm’s GTM model, business priorities, audiences, and existing campaign commitments. Build relationships with key internal stakeholders and assess current partners, processes, and capabilities. - 60 Days: Present a prioritized integrated campaign plan, including what channels to invest in, areas for optimization, and what to deprioritize. Define initial concepts, target audiences, channel tactics, budgets, and success measures for priority programs. - 90 Days: Establish a clear roadmap for Norm’s integrated campaigns. Move the first priority program into execution with aligned stakeholders, ownership, timelines, and measurement. Compensation And Benefits: - Range: $120K - $160K. The range displayed in this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new-hire salary for this position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. - Equity: Included - Benefits: 401(k) with employer match; health, dental, and vision coverage; unlimited paid time off; free lunch in the office daily; and an employee referral bonus program. - Relocation: [If applicable] Financial support to ease your move to New York City, designed to make the transition smooth and stress-free. - Work Location: Location: New York City - Work model: Hybrid - In-office expectation: 3-4 days per week - Travel expectation: Occasional (30%) travel for events, conferences, partnerships, and on-site production. We should not include "To learn more about Norm Ai, visit our website." Now we need to map to headings. Possible sections: - About the company? Not in list. Could we use "About the role"? That's more about role description. We have "This Role" section which is basically role overview. Could map to "About the role". Use

    About the role

and put the prose from "This Role" plus maybe AI Fluency? Actually AI Fluency is expectation; could be under Requirements or Qualifications. But we could also include AI Fluency under "About the role" as part of role description? Might be okay. But we also have "What You’ll Do" which is responsibilities. So we can have

    Responsibilities

. We have qualifications: Core Qualifications and Nice to Have. Could combine into

    Qualifications

and include both required and nice-to-have as lists? Or separate into Requirements and Skills? The instruction list includes Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We could use Qualifications for required, Skills for nice-to-have. Or we could use Requirements for required, Skills for nice-to-have. Let's decide. We have "Core Qualifications" (required). We'll put under

    Qualifications

    . Nice to Have under

    Skills

. We have Pay and Benefits: we can have

    Pay

    and

    Benefits

. Or combine? Since they said prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones, but we have distinct content for Pay and Benefits; we could keep both. We also have Work Location etc. Not in headings list; we could omit or put under a

without heading? The instruction: "include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text". It doesn't forbid having a

without heading. So we could include work location details as a

after Benefits maybe. But we also have "Work model: Hybrid" etc. That's specific. Could include under a

without heading. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include work location, model, in-office expectation, travel expectation. We could put them under a

    Schedule

? Schedule heading is allowed. Could include work location and schedule details there. But schedule usually refers to work schedule (hours, remote). Could fit. We have Pay and Benefits separate; we could also have Schedule for work location/model/travel. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Skills, Pay, Benefits, Schedule. Now we need to ensure we don't repeat job title as heading. We are not. Now we need to format. We'll produce:

    About the role

... (company description + AI Fluency + role overview)

But we need to ensure we don't include filler. All content is substantive. Let's craft the prose for About the role: combine company description, AI Fluency expectation, and role overview. Company description paragraph: "Norm Ai, the agentic law company, has a client base with a combined $30 trillion in assets under management. Norm Ai pioneered Legal Engineering, the process that empowers lawyers to build and supervise domain-specific AI agents with Norm’s proprietary suite of no
