- Collaborate with Product, Segment Marketing, Regional Marketing, Events, Sales Development, Sales, and Sales Operations to align priorities and execute integrated programs.
- Drive programs from brief development to execution, measurement, and optimization, balancing long-term strategy with near-term delivery.
- Evolve Stripe’s global online events strategy into a scalable engine supporting priorities across products, segments, industries, and regions.
- Manage and support a small team, providing coaching and feedback while staying involved in program strategy and execution.
- Identify and test innovative ways to reach and engage Stripe’s audiences, bringing creative marketing ideas to life.
Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience developing multi-channel demand generation strategies and leading integrated activations across paid media, content, email, events, and webinars.
- Experience defining, managing, and using marketing performance metrics to evaluate and improve programs.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple complex programs simultaneously.
- Proven ability to build and deliver programs in partnership with Sales, Sales Development, Product Marketing, Content Marketing, and Event Marketing teams.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain momentum while bringing structure to complex initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluency with AI, including experience using AI-native tools and incorporating LLM or agentic capabilities into workflows.
- Experience building and scaling new programs with an emphasis on repeatability, simplicity, and efficiency.
- Experience with or exposure to event or field marketing.
