Integrated Manufacturing Ops Architect Manager

Work you'll do
- Conduct discussions with senior leaders on Integrated Manufacturing Operations Management (iMOM) solutions for refining and chemicals environments
- Lead requirements and use case discussions and translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and test scenarios
- Map current-state and future-state manufacturing processes aligned to ISA-95 and ISA-88 standards
- Define functional blueprints for manufacturing systems, including MES, SCADA, LIMS, and PLM, and their integration with ERP platforms
- Serve as the liaison across plant operations, information technology, and vendors to design data flows and deliver integrated manufacturing solutions
- Contribute to knowledge sharing, practice development, and innovative solutions that help address client challenges
Qualifications
- Required:
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years of experience implementing refining and chemicals manufacturing systems across operations, engineering, HSSE, and maintenance
- Experience with iMOM in refining and chemicals
- Experience with process integration
- Experience across IT and OT layers in the refining and chemicals manufacturing application landscape
- Experience supporting 5+ implementations of refining and chemicals manufacturing systems
- Ability to travel 50% based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Business Analytics, or Computer Science
- Prior consulting experience
- Software vendor certification
- Experience leading project teams in a client environment
- Reasonable estimate of the current range is $141,200 to $278,300.
