Integrated Logistics Support Analyst (ILS Analyst)

Job Summary

As an Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Analyst at our company, you will apply and grow your skills to deliver, manage, and present lifecycle maintenance solutions for both external (military, civilian, and international) and internal customers. The qualified candidate will become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in maintainability and maintenance support for the company's Communication Systems, including tactical radio and VSAT products.

Essential Functions

• Deliver ILS data and required reports in accordance with program and customer specifications
• Manage projects or processes with general supervision
• Communicate with both internal and external contacts to explain and interpret ILS processes and procedures
• Recommend improvements to systems and processes
• Meet operational targets for specific programs/projects with moderate departmental impact

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 4 years of relevant ILS experience OR Graduate degree and a minimum of 2 years of relevant ILS experience OR In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 8 years of relevant ILS experience

Preferred Additional Skills

• Experience in Integrated Logistics Support, electronics/radio maintenance, or reliability engineering
• Familiarity with the company's RF Communications products (e.g., PRC-163, PRC-167, PRC-160, AN/PRC-117G, AN/PRC-152A, AN/PRC-150) and VSAT terminals
• Knowledge of reliability-centered maintenance tasks, including spare part analysis/forecasting, provisioning, MAC/MTA, LORA, and ILSP
• Experience or certification in Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement initiatives
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong professional communication skills, including report writing and occasional customer presentations
• Experience with business intelligence tools like Microsoft Power BI
• Skilled in cross-functional collaboration, especially with Engineering and Product Service teams
• Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving abilities
• Proven track record of success in collaborative team environments
• Practical knowledge of the job area, typically obtained through a combination of advanced education and experience
