Responsibilities
- Produce 3D models
- Incorporate changes into models during preconstruction and construction
- Update information to project locations
- Aid VDC team with project coordination models
- Work with VDC team on models during preconstruction and construction
- Effectively work and build relationships with those of diverse backgrounds and organizational levels
Qualifications
- Associate degree or minimum of two years producing electronic documents for construction
- High competency with Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Synchro 4D, Trimble SketchUp, and Bluebeam Revu
- Proficiency with Autodesk BIM 360 Field and Glue, 3DS Max, Civil 3D, Point Layout, Faro Scene, Google Earth Pro, and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, etc.)
- Familiarity with game engine technologies (Unity, Unreal, Lumion 3D), Parametric Analysis solutions (Dynamo, Grasshopper, Solibri), basic key frame animation, 2D/3D rendering, 2D/3D postproduction preferred
- Experience working with deadlines
- Entry level technical knowledge of construction
- Solid organization skills
- Strong graphic design skills
- Credential with advanced software in 2D and 3D
- Experience with Autodesk Architectural Desktop (ADT), Autodesk Building Systems (ABS), Revit, and/or Graphisoft Constructor
- Active listening and effective communication skills, open to diverse input and feedback

Pay
The base pay range for this role is $50,000- $67,600. (Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL – 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR – 10%, Washington, D.C. – 12.5%). Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity.
