Integrated Behavioral Therapist (LMSW, LMFT, LPC) - FT Days | Voyages Sugar Land

We are looking for an Integrated Behavioral Therapist to join our team and care for our diverse patient population. The ideal candidate will have prior inpatient hospital experience or a desire and commitment to learn. At Voyages Behavioral Health / PAM Health, we care for chronically and critically ill patients who require extended hospital care. Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic assessments, therapy, counseling, and support services for a mixed caseload.
• Assist with the development of treatment plans.
• Conduct individual and family assessments.
• Consult with the attending psychiatrist or medical director regarding treatment plans and plans of care.
• Document interventions and provide referrals to outside resources.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary treatment team.

Qualifications

• Master’s in Social Work with independent licensure (LICSW or LMFT) preferred; LPC and LGSW also considered.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Crisis management certification per hospital policy and standards required.
• State‑licensed in the state where the facility resides.

Experience

• 2–3 years of experience in diagnostic assessment and therapy services.
