We are currently seeking a passionate and professional Intake Specialist to play a crucial role in the initial interactions with our potential new clients. The ideal candidate will have a professional demeanor, exceptional attention to detail, a passion for assisting others, and a commitment to contributing to the growth of our firm. Responsibilities Field new client calls;Document and organize information from new client inquiries;Create and maintain client files;Collaborate with our legal teams in setting up insurance claims and initiating new files;Guide clients through the onboarding process, explaining retainer contracts and intake paperwork;Review and respond to online inquiries in a timely, andOther responsibilities as required by legal teams and intake supervisor. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent;Previous experience in intake, sales, or other similar field;Excellent written and oral communication skills, specifically in through phone and email;Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook;Strong attention to detail; andPassionate about helping others and dedicated to excellence. Previous intake experience, familiarity with personal injury concepts and terminology, and case management software experience preferred.
