Intake Specialist (Client Service Sales) - Remote

About the role

The Intake Specialist (Client Service Sales) at Heard and Smith, LLP is responsible for guiding potential clients through the screening process for Social Security Disability (SSD) and Social Security Income (SSI) assistance. This role involves taking 150-200 calls per day, signing up 4 new cases per day, and maintaining a minimum call quality score of 90%. The position requires building relationships with clients, solving problems, and keeping detailed records.

Responsibilities

• Takes 150-200 calls per day in a call center environment
• Signed up 4 new cases per day to the firm
• Maintains a minimum call quality score of 90%
• Builds client relationships and maintains confidentiality
• Solves problems and keeps detailed records in a paperless database system
• Contacts clients to ensure the relationship is maintained
• Works well under pressure and multi-tasks

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Call center and customer service experience
• Strong people skills, excellent telephone, communication, and active listening skills
• Minimum 40 WPM typing speed
• Multi-tasking skills and the ability to work well under pressure
• Detail oriented, good time management skills, and reliability
• Professional manner, high energy level, positive attitude, and ability to work in a confidential environment
• Resides in Texas

Qualifications

• Knowledge in computer technology and the Internet (MS Office, Outlook)
• Fluent Spanish (optional but preferred)
