What We’re Looking For

• Experience in client intake, customer service, or a legal setting (law firm experience preferred).
• Exceptional communication and active listening skills—you can make clients feel heard and understood.
• Strong attention to detail—you don’t miss the small things.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with case management software, CRM systems, or similar tools.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) required.

What You’ll Do

• Handle incoming client inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
• Conduct thorough screenings and evaluations to determine case eligibility.
• Gather and input critical case details into the firm's case management system.
• Schedule consultations and follow up with potential clients.
• Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to ensure seamless case transitions.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation while providing top-tier client service.

Pay

The pay range for this role is: 22 - 32 USD per hour (Beverly Hills-Corporate Office)
