Intake Paralegal Specialist

About the Role

Join our fast-paced, caring team at Thompson Law Injury Lawyers, where we strive to provide world-class service and record-setting results for our clients. This role involves answering incoming calls, interacting with potential new clients over the phone and in person, and performing administrative duties to support our legal team.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming calls efficiently and accurately
• Address client concerns with care and professionalism
• Notify paralegals and investigators of new cases
• Provide excellent customer service
• Perform administrative duties as needed

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (REQUIRED)
• 1-3+ years of experience working in a law firm
• 1+ years of experience as an Intake Paralegal (Personal Injury Law highly preferred)
• Willingness and ability to interact with clients, adjusters, and other lawyers/paralegals over the phone and in person
• Proficient in computer and administrative skills
• Strong organization and attention to detail

Schedule

Sunday: 8am-5pm
Monday-Thursday: 12pm-9pm

Pay

Competitive hourly/salary based on experience, with an excellent bonus structure.
