Responsibilities
- Conduct initial assessments and gather patient information
- Ensure accurate documentation of patient encounters
- Coordinate referrals and communicate with healthcare providers
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
- Current RN license in good standing
- At least 2 years of acute care experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in electronic health record systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
