🚨 NOW HIRING: INTAKE NAVIGATOR III - ELIGIBILITY & ENTITLEMENT SPECIALIST 🚨📍 Location: Allerton, Bronx, NY 💰 Pay: $32-$33/hour 📅 Contract: Approximately 3 Months (LOA Coverage) ⏰ Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (1-hour lunch) 🏢 Setting: Fully On-Site | Full-Time 💵 Weekly Pay!🌟 EXCITING HEALTHCARE OPPORTUNITY!We are seeking an experienced Intake Navigator III / Eligibility & Entitlement Specialist for an exciting contract opportunity with a healthcare organization in the Bronx!The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Medicare, Medicaid, MLTC, MAP, D-SNP, and/or PACE programs, with experience navigating complex eligibility, enrollment, and entitlement issues for long-term care populations.📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES✅ Manage and resolve Medicare and Medicaid eligibility and enrollment issues. ✅ Assist participants with Medicaid renewals, entitlements, and coverage concerns. ✅ Navigate eligibility requirements for dual-eligible and frail adult populations. ✅ Collaborate with participants, caregivers, referral sources, and internal departments. ✅ Develop, analyze, and prepare departmental reports. ✅ Ensure compliance with federal and state healthcare regulations. ✅ Maintain high standards of customer service, confidentiality, and ethical conduct.🎯 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR🔹 2-3 years of relevant experience in Medicare, Medicaid, MLTC, MAP, D-SNP, PACE, nursing home administration, social services, or government assistance programs. 🔹 Strong understanding of community-based long-term care services. 🔹 Experience resolving Medicare and Medicaid eligibility and entitlement issues. 🔹 Knowledge of federal and state healthcare eligibility regulations. 🔹 Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.📩 INTERESTED?
