About the role

Provide high-quality solution-focused counselling and information support services telephonically to employees of client companies. Deliver evidence-based counselling support within a short-term framework.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephonic counselling and information support to employees.
• Deliver evidence-based, solution-focused counselling.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Master’s degree in Psychology or Counselling.
• Active and valid registration with the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) as a Registered Psychologist or Registered Psychometrician. If your Master’s degree is in Counselling, you must hold a valid license to practice counselling.
• Ability to provide counselling within a short-term framework.
• Willingness to relocate to Malaysia (working permit will be sponsored; relocation and accommodation costs are the responsibility of the candidate).
• Proficiency in Tagalog and English is essential.
• Experience in the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) field is preferable.

Pay

Average remuneration ranges from PHP 50,000 to PHP 70,000 per month, depending on profile and interview feedback.
