The Intake Clerk works with long-term care facilities across the state of Oklahoma and their care teams to complete all processes related to a new resident admission. Responsibilities And Purpose Directly responsible and accountable for the completion of the entire admissions process.Taking call, setting up transports, communicate with receiving facilities.Coordination and regular communication with the Hospital Liaison Team and other referral sources, ensuring a smooth patient discharge and admission experience. Experience And Education Customer service and administrative experience in a nursing home setting preferred.Strong organizational, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills.Knowledge of skilled nursing and long-term care services is a plus.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Team-oriented with strong relationship-building skills.Self-motivated, accountable, and goal-driven.
