Data Entry Clerk
Responsibilities
- Enter customer orders, product information, pricing, and related data into company systems accurately and efficiently.
- Review source documents for completeness and accuracy prior to entry.
- Verify and correct data discrepancies, errors, and incomplete records.
- Communicate with customers regarding purchase orders, tracking, and order status.
- Communicate with Customer Service, Warehouse, Sales, and other departments to resolve data issues.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1 year of data entry experience.
- Administrative or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to navigate ERP, order management, or inventory systems.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Pay
Kishigo California salary range: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour based on experience, education and geographic location. Get Paid When You Need It! Established in 1971, Kishigo is the authority in high-visibility safety, including vests, pants, jackets, masks, flame resistant apparel, and accessories.
Schedule
Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm.

This is an on-site opportunity located in Fountain Valley, CA.
