Intake and Engagement Coordinator

About the role

We're hiring an Intake and Engagement Coordinator at Seven Starling. This is a high-impact role reporting directly to the Intake and Engagement Manager. Ideal candidates have experience in direct care in reproductive health or maternal health, are empathetic, motivated, and committed to our mission.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 25 minute phone consultations with prospective patients for 4 hours/day
• Schedule patients for their phone consult
• Manage patient outreach initiatives including call, SMS and email
• Absorb and document patient intake forms
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with privacy regulations
• Monitor conversion rates and engagement metrics
• Propose updates to key processes as needed
• Participate in ongoing training and development

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Additional coursework in healthcare administration or related field is a plus
• 2+ years of experience in healthcare customer service or patient engagement
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in healthcare software and CRM systems
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy practices
• Direct patient experience in behavioral health care
• Experience in high call volume or high volume patient interaction roles

Pay

$50,000 annual salary with a quarterly incentive pay program up to 17% of salary
