Intact Case Manager
Position Overview
The Intact Case Manager provides in-home services to identify service needs while assessing child and family safety. Under the assigned supervisor, they provide direct casework management, counseling, or mental health services to children and families within agencies, policies, and program context; utilize human service principles in developing relationships, assessment, and development of service plans.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's in Human Services and or Related Field required
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years Experience in Field preferred
- Licensure: CWEL - Child Welfare Licensure preferred
Job Duties
- Completing client assessments
- Strength-based services plans
- Using SACWICS data system
- Crisis intervention services
- Aiding families in locating employment, housing, daycare, and meeting basic needs
- Arranging and/or providing transportation for families
- Participating in Court proceedings on behalf of the child and family
- Compiling court records
- Acting as a liaison with multiple public and private agencies
Qualifications
- Home-based Service experience
- CWEL preferred
- Ability to function well in a team environment
- Resourceful in researching issues and developing solutions
- Project management, organizational, and analytical skills
- Interpersonal skills and effective communication skills

Pay
$25.20 per hour
