Job Purpose

Your role at Prism is more than just a job; it's about making a difference in the lives of those who need medical supplies. You'll help ensure that patients receive the supplies they require promptly and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain patient files with accuracy and efficiency according to departmental procedures and guidelines within deadlines
• Reach the minimum upload standards of 135 per day within 30 days and maintain that standard each day
• Review discrepancies in data received and assign them to the appropriate department
• Verify patient name, address, and primary insurance is correct in the patient file to prevent errors
• Upload, label, and move Additional Documentation items to the correct designated location
• After 90-120 days, take on additional responsibilities including:
• Navigate current operations software to find and retrieve patient information
• Use Microsoft Outlook applications for efficient customer service
• Gain knowledge of wound care products and their uses
• Evaluate patient files for issues or errors and verify order type
• Resource information relevant to your experience
• Understand Prism’s service scope and geographic areas
• Process verified patient orders to meet industry-leading delivery times
• Ship a minimum daily quota of up to 40 orders
• Notify referring facilities of order status
• Answer phones professionally and direct calls to appropriate parties
• Deliver solution-based service to patients and clinicians
