Requirements

• Current or former member of a Devoted Health Medicare Advantage plan.
• Comfortable discussing personal healthcare coverage and plan navigation.
• Familiar with managing medical benefits or assisting a family member with their care.
• Willing to participate in a remote, AI-moderated interview.
