Insurance Specialist - Fully Remote | Upto $110/hr

Responsibilities

• Design realistic insurance scenarios and tasks from day-to-day work, such as risk assessment and underwriting decisions.
• Review and compare AI-generated insurance outputs for accuracy, professional judgment, and regulatory compliance.
• Create structured examples reflecting how insurance professionals reason through problems.
• Provide clear written feedback to improve AI performance in insurance tasks.
• Collaborate asynchronously with the research team to enhance model outputs.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• 3+ years of professional experience in insurance (underwriting, claims, actuarial, risk management, brokerage, compliance, or related areas).
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Comfortable with common industry tools and systems (e.g., policy administration, claims, and rating platforms, Excel).
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.

Preferred

• A professional credential such as CPCU, ARM, AINS, CLU, AIC, ACAS/FCAS, ASA/FSA, or a state adjuster/broker license.

Pay

$90–$110/hour
