The Kyle Campbell Agency is seeking an enthusiastic Insurance Sales Trainee to join their dynamic Lansing team. This role offers comprehensive training, mentorship, and a pathway to advancement, including leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage new prospects, turning connections into clients.
• Consult with individuals and businesses to understand their needs and recommend coverage that truly matters.
• Cross-sell a wide variety of insurance products, including Auto, Home, Life, Commercial, and more.
• Build long-term relationships through support, reviews, and exceptional service.
• Surpass sales goals and contribute to the agency's success.
• Leverage CRM software to track leads, follow-ups, and renewals.
• Collaborate with your team to strategize and win deals.

Requirements

• 1+ year sales, customer service, or insurance experience (preferred).
• Enthusiastic communication and negotiation skills.
• Confidence on the phone and in closing sales.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and take coaching.
• Stellar organization and drive to get things done.
• Bilingual skills are a big plus!

Pay

Compensation Range: $55K - $75K
