About the role

The Victoria Dominguez Farmers Insurance Agency in North Richland Hills, TX is hiring Insurance Sales Representatives to join our growing team. Our agency provides Auto, Home, Business, and Life insurance to help protect our clients' assets.

Responsibilities

• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales
• Communicate with hot leads
• Establish and maintain client relationships and follow up with clients
• Understand the prospect's needs and identify sales opportunities
• Create and maintain a database of current and potential customers
• Explain and demonstrate the benefits of our services
• Stay informed about competing products and services
• Achieve high sales targets
• Have fun while being part of a competitive team

Qualifications

• Sales experience or a client-facing background is a plus
• Insurance experience is required
• Active Property and Casualty General Lines License in TX is required
• In addition to the P&C, an Active Life and Health License in TX is preferred
• Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical behavior
• Must be coachable
• Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and listening
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Motivated and determined
