Responsibilities

  • Leverage our extensive lead generation system and CRM to maximize sales success
  • Engage with prospective clients to understand their insurance needs and provide expert advice
  • Guide clients through the insurance application and enrollment process, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all necessary documentation
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners and clients
  • Collaborate effectively with the customer service team to ensure efficient and smooth service delivery
  • Stay updated on insurance industry trends, products, and regulations to provide the best possible solutions to clients and business partners
  • Utilize our advanced computer systems and CRM to manage client information, sales activities, and follow-up tasks accurately and efficiently

Requirements

  • Demonstrated success in sales, preferably in the insurance industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in using computer applications and typing accurately at an advanced level
  • A desire to grow professionally, learn continuously, and embrace opportunities for career advancement
  • An attention to detail in managing paperwork, documentation, and following processes accurately

Qualifications

  • No prior insurance knowledge required for this position
  • Must have 2-20 or 20-44 license and meet agency performance standards to work remotely
