Compensation & Income Potential
This is a 1099 Independent Contractor business-building opportunity. Compensation is performance-based and entirely dependent on individual performance, production, and business growth. Potential first-year earnings based on performance: $60,000–$120,000+. Potential earnings for established agency owners: $150,000–$300,000+. Top-performing agency owners may exceed these levels through significant agency growth and production.
