Pay & Benefits

Salary Range: $52,000.00 - $82,000.00 per year
Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities
Paid Time Off (PTO)
Mon-Fri Schedule
Hands on Training

Evenings Off
Licensure: Prior experience in insurance sales and an active insurance license preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to client inquiries, offer personalized insurance advice, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Initiate outbound sales calls to generate leads, educate clients, and secure new business opportunities.
  • Assess client needs and propose suitable insurance plans to meet their requirements.
  • Build rapport with clients, address concerns, and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors' offerings, and market demands to tailor sales strategies effectively.
