What You’ll Do
- Possess strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

- Identify clients' financial protection goals through needs assessments
- Present and recommend appropriate insurance products
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through follow-ups and policy reviews
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity in CRM systems
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics consistently
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in insurance, financial services, or consultative sales
- Active insurance license
- Proven success in commission-based or quota-driven environments
