Insurance Sales Representative
About the role
COUNTRY Financial is seeking driven, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Insurance Sales Representatives. In this full-cycle, in-market sales role, you'll build relationships within your local community, identify prospective clients, conduct needs-based consultations, recommend personalized insurance solutions, and guide clients through the entire sales process—from prospecting to policy issuance and ongoing account support.
Responsibilities
- Possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Be self-motivated with a strong work ethic and professional, customer-focused mindset.
- Show strong organizational and time management skills, able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently follow up with prospective clients.
- Build long-term relationships by providing exceptional customer service and ongoing account support.
- Maintain accurate client records using agency CRM systems.
- Stay current on insurance products, industry trends, and compliance requirements.
- Offer a variety of insurance products including:
- Auto Insurance
- Home Insurance
- Renters Insurance
- Life Insurance
- Farm Insurance
- Business Insurance
- Property & Casualty Insurance
- Retirement and Financial Protection Solutions
Requirements

- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation for meeting clients within the community.
- Preferred candidates with experience in insurance sales, outside sales, business development, financial services, banking, customer service, retail sales, real estate, account management, or consultative sales.
- A valid Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health Insurance License is preferred.
