Responsibilities
- Operate as a consultative risk advisor, not just a salesperson.
- Develop and grow a personal book of business through referrals, networking, and strategic community engagement.
- Conduct needs-based insurance consultations across auto, home, life, umbrella, and commercial.
- Deliver tailored protection strategies using access to a broad panel of top-rated carriers.
- Possess the ability to prospect and identify opportunities through structured outreach and relationship-building.
- Maintain disciplined follow-up and accurate documentation within CRM and sales technology platforms.
- Continuously elevate your sales process, closing skills, and client experience standards.
- This is an outside sales role with structured in-office collaboration and flexibility to manage your time effectively between field, office, and remote work.
Requirements

- Show experience in sales, account management, retail, hospitality, banking, logistics, or service leadership.
- Show experience in consultative selling or objection handling.
- If you do not have an active insurance license for the state of Michigan, you must obtain required insurance licenses upon hire (training and support paid for).
