Insurance Sales Producer

We're a small, tight team that takes pride in doing right by our clients — and we invest heavily in marketing, leads, and the tools that help our people win. We generate the leads. You close them.
The Role
You'll work inbound and outbound leads across auto, home, and life insurance. You know the products. You know the process. You know how to have a real conversation with someone who's never thought twice about their coverage — and leave them feeling protected, not pressured. This isn't a "smile and dial" role. It's a producer position for someone who understands that trust closes more deals than tactics.
Requirements
- Prior experience inside a State Farm or American Family Insurance agency — required, no exceptions
- Active Minnesota Property & Casualty license (Life & Health a plus)
- Proven track record of closing new business, not just quoting
- Comfortable with and motivated by a base + commission pay structure
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-starter who takes ownership of their results and pipeline
- Reliable personal transportation required
