About the role

Stryve Insurance Group is hiring both entry-level Advisors and experienced Agency Owners across Texas. This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity, meaning what you build is yours to keep, sell, or grow.

What You'll Earn

• Up to 85% commission on new business (industry avg: 80%)
• 75% commission on renewals (industry avg: 50%)
• Up to 75% carrier bonus share (industry avg: 0%)
• Tech + E&O included at $450/month
• Entry-level Advisors receive a recoverable monthly draw plus 70/50 commission splits while building their book

What We're Looking For

• Licensed or willing to obtain a P&C license in Texas
• Self-motivated; this is not a salaried role
• Strong communicator with a relationship-first approach
• Entrepreneurial mindset; financially stable to invest in building a book
• Prior insurance, real estate, mortgage, or sales experience is a plus
