Insurance Sales - Personal Lines Agent

Help families pursue life’s opportunities by protecting the things they care about most. Create genuine connections with clients, your team, and partners at our insurance carriers. Use your sales and service ability to grow a local agency, and be rewarded with uncapped potential.

Responsibilities

• Write new Personal Lines policies – Home, Auto, Umbrella, and additional lines as needed.
• Share technical expertise about insurance and risk management, matching client needs with products and coverages.
• Complete day-to-day sales activities – prospecting via phone, networking, email, meetings, and any other ways to create leads.
• Provide service to your clients – endorsements, questions, claims, and policy reviews. Producers who grow their book large enough are given help servicing so they can continue to spend 80% of their time working with new clients.
• Develop a niche or expertise that allows you to hit growth goals year over year.

Requirements

• Licensed as a Property and Casualty insurance agent (not required to apply; you can attain your license after hiring).
• Energized by meeting new people, understanding their situation, and helping them find the right insurance solutions.
• Motivated by personal responsibility and knowing that your results are tied to your input.
• Able to build expertise in personal insurance and risk management.
• Comfortable using computers and technology as a competitive advantage.

Full time; 40 hours a week. In-office.
