About the role
Sands Insurance Agency is seeking Sales Producers for their agencies located inside Sands Chevrolet in the West Valley. This position offers an opportunity to sell insurance for a leading name in the industry, with ample leads and opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Solicit and write new lines of insurance business.
- Follow consistent processes for:
- Quoting policies
- Lead follow-up
- Application completion
- Understand and adhere to underwriting guidelines.
- Ensure all documents are completed and accurate.
- Manage prospecting campaigns.
- Stay current with company/state required training.
Requirements
- Excellent people skills and strong written/verbal communication abilities.
- Must have a full line of products knowledge, including property, casualty, life, and health insurance.
- Must hold a valid license, which will be provided by the company if necessary.
- Preferred bilingual, though not required.
- A positive attitude, self-motivation, and a willingness to succeed.
