About the role

Responsible for managing a team of insurance sales representatives, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed annual targets
  • Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance sales management
  • Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
  • Knowledge of insurance products and market trends
  • Passionate about building long-term client relationships
