About the role
Responsible for managing a team of insurance sales representatives, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed annual targets
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners

Requirements
