Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their insurance needs
- Offer tailored insurance solutions including auto, home, renters, life, and other personal lines
- Develop new business through warm leads, referrals, inbound calls, and community outreach
- Educate clients on policy options, coverages, and benefits
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects using CRM tools
- Provide exceptional service to maintain and grow client relationships
- Stay informed on product offerings and industry updates
- Maintain and exceed individual and team sales goals
Qualifications
- P&C license is mandatory
- Sales experience of at least 1 year preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
