POSITION TITLE: Insurance Sales Agent
STATUS: Exempt
LOCATION: Russell County (office in Lebanon, VA)
REPORTS TO: Agency Manager
COMPENSATION RANGE: Average First-Year Total Compensation: $52,000 – $125,000 annually (inclusive of base salary)

Qualifications
- Property & Casualty license and a Life, Health & Annuities license are preferred.
